RETURN AND RETURN POLICY

1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or clearance reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products (not caused by shipping)
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Pet supplies, electronics, or personal items once opened (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
